Our Minds Change Partner Agreement

1. The program

This Agreement is between Our Minds Change LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("OMC," "we," "us"), and you, a partner in the Our Minds Change partner program. The program covers the Choose to Awaken online course, the Light Bringer Courses at ourmindschange.com, ManaDromos Studio, and ManaDromos albums and journey packs bought in the ManaDromos Player. Partnership is by invitation or by approved application at ourmindschange.com/partners. By applying, accepting a partner code, or promoting a partner link, you accept this Agreement.

2. Commissions and your audience's discount

One rule. Your audience receives 15% off, and you earn 25% of the list price, on every purchase attributed to you. That rule applies to the Choose to Awaken online course, the Light Bringer online courses, one-time ManaDromos Studio purchases (including a referred subscriber's later buy-out purchase), and ManaDromos albums and journey packs bought in the ManaDromos Player. The discount is applied automatically when your audience uses your link, or when they enter your code where a checkout offers a code box; commissions on Studio purchases and albums are calculated on the amount actually paid after the discount.

Two exceptions. Seats in a live Light Bringer class are priced by the student on a sliding scale, so no discount applies there; you earn 25% of what the student actually paid for the seat (gifts to the sponsored-seat fund and sponsored seats earn no commission). New ManaDromos Studio subscriptions attributed to you, whether by your link or by the subscriber redeeming your code in their account within 30 days of subscribing, pay a flat $12 each; new subscribers attributed to you also receive a one-time welcome grant of assistant tokens from us, which is a customer benefit and does not affect your commission.

What does not earn commissions: Studio subscription renewals, assistant token packs, and assistant plans; the printed book, ebook, or audiobook bought through retailers; and the Holistic Living Classes, which are free to watch and supported by voluntary gifts (you are welcome to share them).

We may change rates prospectively with notice; changes never reduce commissions already recorded.

3. Attribution

The course: a sale is attributed to you when the buyer uses your code at checkout, whether they arrived through your link or typed it.

ManaDromos: a sale is attributed to you when the buyer arrives through your partner link or uses your code within 60 days of their visit; for buy-outs, when the original subscription was attributed to you; or, failing those, when the buyer created their free Player account through your link within the previous 12 months. A fresh link or code at the time of purchase always takes precedence over an earlier account introduction.

Attribution is determined by our records, which are conclusive absent manifest error. Purchases made by you or on your behalf through your own link or code do not earn commissions.

4. Holds and payouts

A commission becomes payable 30 days after the sale. We pay accrued payable commissions monthly, by PayPal or another method we agree on, once your payable balance across the whole program reaches $25; smaller balances roll forward. If a commissioned sale is refunded or disputed, the commission is reversed; if it was already paid, we may deduct it from future payouts or request repayment. 5. Taxes and status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or representative of OMC. You are responsible for taxes on your commissions. United States partners who earn $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked to provide a Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099.

6. How you may promote

Promote honestly, in your own voice, to audiences that have welcomed you. You must disclose your partner relationship clearly where you promote, as the FTC requires (a plain "I earn a commission if you buy through my link" works). You may use the Our Minds Change, Choose to Awaken, and ManaDromos names and the materials we provide to describe the offerings truthfully.

7. What is not allowed

No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging. No bidding on "Our Minds Change," "Choose to Awaken," "ManaDromos," "Jason Dixon," or confusingly similar terms in search advertising, and no registering domains or social handles containing them. No coupon-site listings, coupon-site scraping, or forced-click techniques. No health or medical claims: the course is a work of spiritual teaching and practice, and ManaDromos products are wellness tools, not medical services or devices. You may not state or imply that anything in the program treats, cures, or improves any medical or psychological condition. Promotion that violates this section forfeits related commissions and may end the partnership.

8. Term and ending

Either of us may end the partnership at any time with notice. Commissions properly earned before the end date are honored under Section 4. Sections 5 through 10 survive termination.

9. Liability

The program is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMC's total liability arising out of this Agreement will not exceed the commissions payable to you, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for your own promotional content and will hold OMC harmless from claims arising out of it.

10. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. It is the entire agreement about the partner program and works alongside the Our Minds Change terms and privacy note, and, for ManaDromos products, the ManaDromos Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
