  • Digital Goods: Once delivered (download link, streaming access, or email), all digital products are non-refundable.

  • Physical Products: Refunds/exchanges are available within 14 days if the item is defective or damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Services & Training Seminars: Prepayments are refundable for services or programs not yet delivered. No refunds are available for services already rendered.

3. User Content & Open Communication

If you post or submit content through our site (comments, reviews, forums, social media integrations), you agree not to share content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
