Awaken Your Cosmic Current

Recorded live at the Fort Worth Holistic Fair, this is the class I’ve been teaching in one form or another since I was a teenager: the love that made you is already moving through you, and the work is simply to come back into resonance with it.

In about twenty minutes you’ll hear why the law of attraction is really a law of resonance (you attract to life what you are, the very way you are being), why worthiness is the first door, and how grounding and gratitude open the rest. Then I guide you through a simple practice for receiving the Creator’s love and a five-minute daily version to keep that connection alive.

Nothing in you needs to be switched on. Nothing is being done to you. I hold the resonance of that love, and you choose, as much or as little as you like, to join it. Some people feel warmth or a rush of energy; many feel only a quiet openness or calm. Whatever your experience is, that is your experience, and it’s enough.

Sit with what you’ve received

Before you move on, take a breath. Let what you learned and experienced settle into your body. These questions may help you integrate.

• Where in your body did you feel most alive during the class?
• What old pattern or belief is ready to release so love can flow more freely?
• Who in your life is waiting for the love you carry?

You don’t need to answer these now. Simply hold the questions in mind and allow the answers to surface in their own time. And if the practice felt like a glimpse, that’s what it’s meant to be: a reference point you can return to every day, and build a life around if you choose.
