I’m Jason Dixon — a teacher, poet, holistic health practitioner, and guide on the journey of awakening. I have worked with energy healing for over 20 years and served as a holistic chiropractor for the last 10 years.

I’ve spent my career helping people awaken resilience, expand awareness, and step into their fullest potential. True well-being isn’t just about relieving discomfort—it’s about deepening your connection to yourself, unlocking energy that has been bound, and cultivating adaptability in both body and mind.

Through Our Minds Change, I share what I’ve learned from decades of exploring the connections between body, mind, and spirit. My poetry, music, and teachings are invitations to remember who you truly are — not broken, but becoming, not disconnected, but truly one with your Source. Every class, word, and verse is meant to help you reconnect with your natural energy, rediscover your rhythm, and live from the love that’s already within you.
