The Our Minds Change collection is the culmination of a deeply personal and spiritual journey, expressed through both poetry and music. My poetry, as shared in this collection, reflects the human experience—an exploration of love, healing, and the transformative power of the soul. Each piece serves as a moment in time, captured and transformed into a message of empowerment.

This creative process was guided by intuition, beginning with meditation, where I allowed emotions and insights to flow freely. As I explored these emotions, I drew inspiration from my personal experiences, spiritual teachings, and my work in energy healing. The result is a series of poems that bridge the gap between the physical and spiritual, taking readers on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
