About

I've been aware of energy for as long as I can remember. Long before I had language for what I was sensing, I knew something moved within and around us, responsive to intention, alive in ways I didn't hear others speaking about.

When I was fourteen, a friend of mine was sick with a high fever. I was sitting across the room from him, perhaps twelve feet away, when I felt moved to help. I connected with his energy from where I sat and held the intention for him to heal. Within minutes, he felt better, and the fever broke. What I had been quietly sensing for years became something I could no longer ignore. That moment set the course of my life.

The Path

From fourteen onward, I studied everything I could find about energy, consciousness, and meditation. I experimented, I practiced, I paid attention. I kept meeting people and ideas that opened the next door.

Dr. Eric Pearl's work in Reconnection Healing is what called me to become a chiropractor. Along the way, I discovered the work of Dr. Donald Epstein and Network Spinal care, and everything I had been learning for two decades found a home. The energy work I had been doing since childhood, the science of the nervous system, and the spiritual dimension of healing I had always sensed was real: they all converged.

For ten years now, I've served patients at Evolve Holistic Center in Fort Worth through Network Spinal care, gentle chiropractic, energy healing, and soft tissue therapies. What I've learned is that relief is real and important, but it isn't the end of the story. Real transformation begins when a person understands that the body isn't broken. It's talking. The nervous system isn't a problem to fix; it's a messenger. When you start listening to what it's saying, everything shifts.

Our Minds Change

Our Minds Change carries this work beyond the walls of my office.

At the center of it is my book, Our Minds Change: Rhythms of Healing, Reflections of the Soul. Nineteen chapters, each opening with an original poem that arrived during my own healing journey, followed by teachings, practices, and reflections. The poems were received more than written. The chapters trace four phases: remembering who you are, opening the heart, stepping into purpose, and learning to live as Love.

A free 19-week email series mirrors the book's arc, delivering the essence of each chapter directly to your inbox with a short practice you can do in a few minutes.

Nine albums of original music have emerged from the poems, setting each one to sound so the transmission can reach you through a different doorway.

For those called to go further, a Foundations of Self-Healing course offers the groundwork for this inner work, and a Human and Cosmic Energy training is open to those drawn deeper into energy practice. A companion board game and divination card deck are in development.

Each of these is its own doorway. Any one of them can be a beginning.

What I Believe

I believe Source, Creator, and pure unconditional love are the same, and that each of us is an extension of that love experiencing itself in human form. I believe the body has never been broken. I believe everyone can be a healer, and that your wounds, tended well, become your medicine.

These beliefs have been tested in my own life. I've had my own seasons of being knocked down. What I'm offering is not a finished system handed down from on high. It's a living practice that continues to unfold in my own life, and in the lives of the people I'm privileged to walk alongside.

At Home

I live in Benbrook, Texas with my wife Jenna. She’s my high school sweetheart, the love of my life, and my partner in everything. Together we share our home with two dogs, Molly and Sammy, both adopted from city shelters, who remind us daily of the beauty of simplicity and presence. Jenna and I co-lead a local chapter of the Weston A. Price Foundation, focused on traditional nutrition and holistic family life. When I'm not working, I'm often writing, making music, cooking, reading, or playing chess with a friend.

The values that guide my family are the same values that guide my practice: love, integrity, truth, growth, freedom, health, and family. Nothing I do is allowed to violate them.
